Pre-Company Launch Version

Effective Date: September 5, 2026

Last Updated: September 5, 2026

1. Our Shipping Role

LINK86 may coordinate China domestic transportation, consolidation, warehousing, international shipping, and related logistics services.

2. Shipping Quotes

Shipping prices and delivery times are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Rates may change due to carrier pricing, fuel surcharges, package dimensions, weight, destination, and other factors.

3. International Shipping

International shipments may be sent by express, air freight, sea freight, postal services, or other available methods.

4. Customs and Import Duties

Customers are generally responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, brokerage, permits, and destination-country requirements unless otherwise agreed.

5. Restricted Goods

Some products cannot legally or practically be shipped to certain destinations. LINK86 may refuse or cancel shipments involving prohibited or restricted goods.

6. Delivery Address

Customers must provide accurate recipient name, address, phone number, email, and other required delivery information. Address errors may cause additional charges or delays.

7. Delays

Delivery estimates may be affected by customs, weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, government action, strikes, congestion, or other circumstances outside LINK86's reasonable control.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Customers should notify LINK86 promptly if a shipment appears lost, damaged, or materially incomplete. Supporting photographs, tracking information, and other evidence may be required.

9. Insurance

Where shipping insurance is purchased or included, claims will be handled according to the applicable insurance or carrier terms. Insurance availability varies by product and destination.

10. Consolidation and Warehousing

LINK86 may consolidate multiple purchases. Storage limits and fees may apply where goods remain in a warehouse beyond the agreed period.

11. Delivery Confirmation

A shipment may be considered delivered when carrier tracking confirms delivery to the stated destination, subject to applicable law and any agreed service terms.

12. B2B Shipments

B2B shipments may be subject to separate order-specific logistics and delivery terms.
