1. About LINK86
This website, link86solutions.com (the “Website”), is currently operated by the LINK86 Team (“LINK86,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an independent China-based sourcing and business execution team.
LINK86 helps global customers access products, suppliers, procurement resources, and China-based business execution services.
2. Our Role
LINK86 may provide product sourcing, supplier research, purchasing, procurement coordination, inspection, consolidation, logistics coordination, factory visits, translation, market research, and other China-based services.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, LINK86 acts as a sourcing, procurement, and execution service provider rather than the manufacturer of goods.
3. Customer Requests
Customers may submit requests through the Website or other communication channels. We may contact customers to clarify specifications, quantity, destination, budget, timing, and other requirements.
4. Quotations
A quotation is an estimate based on information available at the time. Supplier prices, inventory, exchange rates, shipping rates, taxes, duties, and other third-party costs may change until an order is confirmed.
5. Orders and Payment
An order becomes effective when the customer approves the applicable quotation/order confirmation and completes the required payment. Procurement may begin after cleared funds are received.
6. Product Sourcing
We use reasonable efforts to identify products or suppliers matching the customer's requirements. Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, sourcing results are not guaranteed to be identical to reference images, descriptions, or samples.
7. Product Information
Customers are responsible for confirming specifications that are important to them. We may rely on information supplied by manufacturers, suppliers, carriers, and other third parties.
8. Samples and Bulk Orders
Customers may request samples where available. Bulk procurement may proceed only after agreed specifications are confirmed. Custom or made-to-order products may be subject to special cancellation and refund terms.
9. Quality Inspection
Where inspection is purchased or included, the scope will be agreed in advance. Inspection is not a guarantee against hidden defects or future product failure.
10. Factory Visits and China Business Services
Where available, LINK86 may arrange factory visits, local meetings, translation, market research, trade-fair assistance, local purchasing, and related services. Such services are subject to availability and separate quotation where applicable.
11. Logistics and Shipping
LINK86 may coordinate domestic and international logistics. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
12. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are generally responsible for import legality, customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, permits, and destination-country requirements unless otherwise agreed.
13. Prohibited or Restricted Goods
LINK86 may refuse requests involving goods that are illegal, restricted, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing, or otherwise unsuitable for lawful procurement or shipment.
14. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and any order-specific terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
15. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact information, specifications, shipping details, and legally required documentation, and must not use LINK86 services for unlawful purposes.
16. Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring that requested products, designs, trademarks, images, and other materials do not infringe third-party rights.
17. Customer Content
Information, photographs, URLs, files, specifications, and other materials submitted by customers may be used as necessary to provide requested services.
18. Third-Party Providers
LINK86 may use suppliers, inspection providers, warehouses, carriers, payment processors, technology providers, and other third parties.
19. Website Use
Customers must not misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access.
20. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the LINK86 Privacy Policy.
21. Disclaimers
Except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing, LINK86 does not guarantee supplier performance, product availability, customs clearance, or uninterrupted delivery.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LINK86's liability is limited to the direct loss reasonably attributable to the services provided and the amount actually paid for the relevant service, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
23. Force Majeure
LINK86 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government action, strikes, carrier disruptions, customs delays, or major technical failures.
24. Compliance and Fraud Prevention
LINK86 may suspend or reject transactions where we reasonably suspect fraud, sanctions issues, illegal activity, payment abuse, or other compliance concerns.
25. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website.
26. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The governing law and dispute forum will depend on the applicable transaction, customer location, mandatory law, and any separate agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory legal rights.
